The Student Management Feature offers schools the means for comprehensive administration of student data within a customizable environment.  Schools can add user-defined fields, customize dropdowns, or use the existing NCES-recommended defaults to provide the best alignment possible with federal and state reporting requirements.

• Enrollment function can store pertinent data, such as enrollment date, school start date, and first day of attendance
• Enroll students and create accounts for students and parents to access the student portal at the same time
• Student and parent both have logins for their access when enrollment is completed
• Health information includes emergency factors, medications, immunizations, limitations, and health event tracking

• Track all LEP assessment and status information
• Track exceptional student information needed for state and federal reporting
• Track free and reduced lunch and economic disadvantagement information
• Access data found in student management in “canned” reports, or create your own queries in Ad Hoc Reporting
• State requirements can be tracked for all NCLB demographic information
