2. SchoolOne and the Member School reserve the right to terminate access and service to any user if either SchoolOne or the Member School learns that such user has provided false or misleading registration information or has violated the Terms of Service.

3. SchoolOne or the Member School may modify or discontinue its services of any user's account with or without notice to any user, without liability to any user or third party.

4. The user understands and agrees that SchoolOne and the Member School provide their services "as is." It is understood and expressly agreed that the use of such services is at the user’s sole risk and that SchoolOne and the Member School expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with regards to all services or information obtained through SchoolOne. This includes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of or inability to use the services of SchoolOne, any messages received through the services of SchoolOne, or any loss of, unauthorized access to or alteration of user's data.

5. The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SchoolOne and the Member School, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from my use of the services of SchoolOne.

6. These Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of SchoolOne, the Member School, and their successors, assigns and licensees.

7. The user understands and agrees that the user alone is responsible for the content and consequences of any bulletins, email messages, chat content, or postings. The user understands that SchoolOne and the Member School cannot monitor, censor or edit the contents of users' chat sessions and make no agreement to monitor, censor or edit email messages, bulletins, web pages, or postings. All users agree to use the services provided by SchoolOne in an appropriate manner. This includes agreeing not to send or post any message or material that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, harassing, libelous, threatening or otherwise objectionable in any manner or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

8. The Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
