In the spring of 2012, SchoolOne’s software and related services were acquired by O’Meara, Ferguson, Whelan, and Conway, which is a highly specialized financial services and development consulting firm that serves a variety of clients, with a particular focus on dioceses, universities, and other entities of the Catholic Church. O’Meara Ferguson places considerable emphasis on education and has recently published Sustaining the Mission: A Manual to Revitalize Catholic Education.
